Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Terms and Conditions
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Return in original packaging if possible
- Unfortunately, we cannot fully refund damaged or used products.
How do you return a product?
- Send an email to: info@modelcarmate.com
- Please state your order number and which product you wish to return.
- You will receive further instructions from us.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.
📦 Refund shipping costs
The costs of returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
❌ Received a damaged or wrong product?
We will, of course, resolve that properly.
Send an email within 48 hours of receipt with:
- your order number
- a short description
- clear photos of the problem
We will then look for a suitable solution as soon as possible.
