How to place an order for the first time:

Step 1 Shopping Cart:

In Step 1 of the ordering process, you see the shopping cart overview.

Step 2 Your details:

Enter all your details here.

All fields marked with * are required.

Step 3 Shipping:

Here you can choose how you would like the order to be shipped.

And you can view an overview of your details and the ordered items.

Step 4 Payment:

Here you can choose how you want to pay for your order.

You can do this via iDeal, Credit Card, or if you live in Belgium, with Bancontact.

Step 5 Confirmation:

Step 5 is the confirmation, after which you will receive an email from us stating that you have placed an order. Please ensure that our email address is added to your list of safe senders, as otherwise our email may end up in your spam folder.

Product availability

The website indicates whether products are in stock. As soon as an item runs out of stock and is no longer reordered, it will be removed from the webshop. Since we constantly have different products, backorders cannot be created or subsequent orders placed. Payment methods

You can pay us in 3 ways: via Bank Transfer, iDeal/Banconfact, or Credit Card.
